Noel Bonk

Certified Coach

Coach Noel Bonk has spent 40 years as an endurance athlete, starting in BMX at age 10 and his first multisport race at age 15. As a coach, Noel has worked with athletes from the beginner stages to experienced Ironman athletes and National/International ITU athletes.


His clients have successfully competed at USA Triathlon Nationals, USA Cycling Nationals, USA CX Nationals, ITU Worlds, 70.3 Worlds, and Kona. Additionally, he has trained athletes for dozens of full and half Ironman races worldwide, as well as the Boston, LA, and NYC Marathons. Besides his education background with degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science, Noel is a USA Cycling Level 1(Elite), Skills Certified, Power Certified Coach, and served as the Assistant Camp Director for the USAC NE Talent ID Camp (Road and CX). Noel is also a USAT Level 1 Coach, Stryd Run Power Coach, IBFI Bike Fitter, and a Training Peaks Level II Coach.


Noel's coaching philosophy is as a "coach scientist." He uses applied data, sports psychology, and supportive communications to individualize multisport training. When he is not coaching, Noel is a father of four children (plus two dogs), a business owner, and can be found training for various short and half-iron distance races. His motto is "Feed the Good Wolf!"
